I build custom software that captures live data from industrial scales, PLCs, and hardware — and turns it into clean dashboards, reporting, and analytics built around how your operation actually runs. One‑on‑one, start to finish.
14+ years in field service & industrial software ยท Based in the U.S. ยท Remote & on-site
The Problem
Your scales, indicators, and equipment generate numbers all day — weights, counts, throughput, batches. But getting that data into a form you can use usually means:
You don’t need another giant off-the-shelf system. You need software that fits the equipment you already own and the way you already work.
What I Do
Capture weight, count, and batch data straight from your scale indicators, counting systems, and production devices and pipe it into reporting and dashboards in real time.
Custom dashboards and automated reports showing throughput, inventory, production, and trends — replacing manual spreadsheets and end-of-day guesswork.
Connect PLCs, sensors, and edge devices to databases and applications. Ladder logic, data collection, and system integration so your machines talk to your software.
Need a tool that doesn’t exist yet? I design, build, test, document, and install custom applications — desktop, web, or mobile — for your specific workflow.
You work directly with me from first call to final install. No account managers, no handoffs, no offshore team. I gather the requirements, write the code, and stand behind it.
See It In Action
These dashboards are running on simulated data right now — a preview of the kind of real-time visibility your own hardware could give you.
Opens a full working app — capture weights, watch the dashboard update, export a report. No sign-up.
Every captured weight is logged, totaled, and charted automatically — no clipboard, no manual entry.
Real-time throughput, daily totals, and OEE — visible from your phone or the plant office, not buried in a PLC.
Captured automatically the instant the scale settles — zero typos, zero missed loads, report always current.

Who I Help
If you weigh it, count it, or measure it — and then have to report on it — that’s exactly what I build for.
How It Works
We talk through your hardware, your current process, and what you wish you could see. 20 minutes, no pitch, no obligation.
I map out exactly what I’ll build, the timeline, and a fixed, transparent price — before you commit a dollar to development.
I develop in stages and show you working software along the way, so there are no surprises at the end.
I deploy it (remote or on-site), document it, train your team, and stay available to support it.
About
I’ve spent 14+ years in the field — troubleshooting, installing, and integrating real industrial systems — and the last several years as a software engineer in the industrial weighing industry, building and deploying automation software for scale and weighing systems.
I know both sides of the wire. I’ve configured the hardware and written the software that makes it useful. I work hands-on with industrial automation platforms, ladder logic and PLCs, and I build applications in VB.NET, SQL, Python, and JavaScript.
I hold an Associate of Applied Science in Information Technology (4.0 GPA) with a focus on application development, plus certificates in Mechatronics Engineering Technology, Web Design, and Business Support.
Most software people don’t understand industrial hardware. Most hardware people don’t write software. I do both — and I work with you directly to build the exact tool your operation needs.
Tell me about your setup and what you wish you could see. The first call is free, and you’ll leave knowing whether custom software is worth it for you — even if the answer is no.
